Deposit

Once an application is successful a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required to secure the property for the benefit of both the Landlord and Tenant. All our deposits are insured with TDS NI and will be held in our designated clients account. At the termination of your tenancy, once the property has been inspected by the Landlord and deemed to be in good order, the deposit will be refunded in full.

At commencment of the tenancy
